Family Assessment Response Evaluation

CHSR, in collaboration with the New York State Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS), conducted a client satisfaction survey of a differential response program for child protective services (CPS) called Family Assessment Response (FAR).

Systems & Software Development

CHSR designed a customized database for tracking client contact information and interactions, and creating regular tabular reports. Data were imported, managed, and submitted to OCFS on a monthly basis.
