*If a traveler does not charge their air or train fare to the CTA with one of the state contracted agents, the traveler cannot be reimbursed unless it meets one of the attached (http://www.ogs.ny.gov/purchase/spg/pdfdocs/CL744.pdf - OGS exception form) recommended exceptions and the approval of the Director of State Accounting.
