Some of the functions in Microsoft Excel can assist in optimizing usage of the Authorized Signature Lists. Information is available about increasing column widths and searching the list.
Increasing Column Widths
However, the width of a column can be increased. Select the cell whose width should be increased. From the Format menu, select Column and then select Width:
A window will appear which allows you to set the width of the column. Type the new width and click okay.
For this example, the width was changed to 20. Now, the entire cell can be read.
Microsoft Excel has the ability to search for text within a spreadsheet in order to quickly locate information. From the Edit menu, select Find. In the Find window, type the text you would like to locate:
You will then be taken directly to the appropriate cell.
