  4. 3 or 4 significant technical errors 3 points
  5. 5 or 6 significant technical errors .5 points
  6. 7 or more significant technical errors 0 points
  1. Considers all requirements - 7.5 points
  2. Lacking in one area - 6 points
  3. Incomplete in one area or lacking in two areas - 4.5 points
  4. Incomplete in two areas or lacking in three areas - 3 points
  5. Incomplete in three areas or lacking in four or more areas- .5point
  6. Incomplete in four areas or lacking in five or more areas- 0 points
  1. Professional and polished presentation - 4points
  2. Very good presentation - 3 points
  3. Good presentation - 2 points
  4. Fair presentation - 1 points
  5. Poor presentation - 0 points
  1. Virtually error free - carefully checked and proofed, correct bibliography - do NOT write in first person! - 4 points
  2. Minor grammar, spelling or errors in references and method used - 3 points
  3. Several (3-5) grammar, spelling or errors in references and method- 2 points
  4. Multiple (5-10)and repeated grammar, spelling or errors in references - 1 points
