Honorarium and Travel Reimbursement

All invited conference participants will receive a modest honorarium to cover expenses incurred during the course of the conference that are not directly paid by the UCRN.� The sum of the honorarium is USD 175.� This sum is meant to cover your breakfasts, the two dinners we will not be having as a group (Saturday and Tuesday), your ground transportation at city of origin and in Hong Kong, airport tax, and any other incidental expenses.�� You will not need to provide receipts to receive your honorarium. You will need to provide a receipt, however, for your airline tickets.� Travel to Hong Kong will be reimbursed up to the level outlined in your invitation letter.� See the expenses reimbursement form.

The UCRN will pay directly for lodging (4 nights from December 11-15) at the NTT International House and group meals.

After filling out and signing an honorarium and travel form at the conference, we will issue your payment after the conference.�
