2010 Critical Demography Conference:
Rescheduled for 2011

Dear Colleagues:
I regret to inform you that due to the recession, the submissions received have been too few to support the Critical Demography Association meeting for 2010. Therefore we have rescheduled the meeting until next year, March 4-5 2011 in Las Vegas, NV. I encourage you to consider submitting a paper or session proposal for next year.
The call for papers for the 2011 meeting of the Critical Demography Association will be posted by February 1, 2010. I encourage you to visit our website, www.albany.edu/~hdh/criticaldemography after that date for detailed information on submission and registration for the 2011 meeting.
Let me also remind us all that we are an organization in its infancy. There will be challenges. However, rest assured that we are as committed and excited about the CDA and Critical Demography as ever!!! Take care, and I look forward to seeing you on March 4-5, 2011 in Las Vegas for the 2nd Meeting of the Critical Demography Association!!!
