| Biography: Political science professor Joseph Zimmerman has published extensively on the electoral college, federalism, and the impact of election systems on minorities and women. Zimmerman received the 1999 Distinguished Federalism Scholar award from the American Political Science Association and serves on the executive committee of the American Political Science Association's section on Representation and Electoral Systems, where he was chairman for several years. |
