My extensive international business experience is reflected in the “living cases” that I present in my lectures to exemplify concepts and principles; and build a bridge between academic research and real-world practice.

My signature courses that I have developed for the MBA and EMBA Programs at Albany with customized readings and cases drawn from world-wide settings are:

Managing IT: a required course for all MBA students

Customer Relationship Management

Decision Support Systems

Business Intelligence & Data Warehousing

Marketing Analytics

Enterprise Systems including ERP, CRM & SCM

I have also been teaching short-term courses for the full-time and Executive MBA Programs at several schools, including the Nanyang Business School in Singapore and the Graduate School of Business Administration in Zurich. In addition, I have conducted Executive Workshops of two or three days duration on Managing IT, Customer Relationship Management, Marketing Analytics and Business Intelligence in several countries, specifically in Bangkok, Dubai, Jakarta, Johannesburg, Kuala Lumpur, London, Mumbai, Shanghai, Singapore and Zurich.

I have also taught at Albany the basic MBA courses on:

      Quantitative Methods of Analysis
      Statistics for Management

      Operations Research for Managers

      Decision Theory
