All-Milne Reunion
April 2005

April 10, 2005

On Sunday morning, 100+ Milnites met in Milne 200,
the former library, for brunch and tours of Milne and Page.
Judy Koblintz Madnick introduced the two speakers,
Helen Desfosses and Bill Hedberg.

We were updated regarding renovations to our alma mater
by Helen Desfosses, Associate Dean for Educational Development
at the Rockefeller College of Public Affairs and Policy at UAlbany,
where she also serves as Associate Professor of
Public Administration and Policy and Africana Studies.

Bill Hedberg, Associate Vice President for Academic Affairs at UAlbany,
reviewed the renovations of the Lithgow murals in Milne 200.
For the past few years, Bill has been one of the key people behind the
effort to renovate the Milne Murals you see here in this room.

Following the brunch, there were informal tours of Milne and Page.
Each person was given a packet of information regarding the
history of Milne plus a floor plan generated in the 1950s. I did
not include photos from the tours since I have already
uploaded pictures of Milne that are accessible from:
