Dear Milne Alumni and Supporters,

In this issue:

* Recent Class Reunions
* Trophy Project
* Sad News

RECENT CLASS REUNIONS

The Class of '52 enjoyed lunch at the Orchard Restaurant in Albany on October 20th. This has become a spring and fall tradition for this class.

The Class of '61 met on October 29th for a 55-year reunion luncheon at Swifty's Albany location, followed by dessert and "chatting" at Barbara (Butler) and Jeff Emptage's home. The attendees discussed not waiting five years for another get-together.

If any other classes are having reunions (or mini-reunions!), please let me know. Brief reunion summaries are always welcome!

TROPHY PROJECT

Thanks to the leadership of Steve Rider and Chuck Eson, the project to restore and find a "home" for Milne sports trophies is moving forward. It appears that the Class of '67, which will be celebrating its 50-year reunion soon, will take an interest in this undertaking.

SAD NEWS

Please note that I rely upon the Albany Times Union and input from other alumni for this information, so if you become aware of someone who has passed away, please let me know. If a name is underlined, it represents a link to the obituary. Many obituaries are available free for a limited time only.

Nicholas Mitchell, '43, passed away on October 16, 2016.

John Richard Olendorf, '57 passed away on Tuesday, November 8, 2016.

Thanks to all of you for your interest in Milne Alumni activities.
