A MESSAGE FROM JUDY

We have completed our move back to Albany. I apologize for not having a July issue of the newsletter, but there wasn't much news, so I decided to take a little "vacation" (if unpacking cartons can be considered a "vacation"!). Thank you for your understanding.

Meanwhile, we discovered that our next-door-neighbor is a Milne alumna. In addition, during our trip north, we had an opportunity to visit with one of my classmates in North Carolina, and during the month we have been here, we have had lunch with two of my classmates and dinner with another classmate. Ah, the joys of living in Albany! (Please remind me of these "joys" during Albany's winters!)

Quick note: Ronald Laraway, '68, is looking for a 1968 yearbook. If you or someone you know has an extra one, please let me know. Thanks!

DIGITIZATION PROJECT UPDATE!

To date we have received $10,712 toward digitizing all available Crimson & White and Bricks & Ivy editions. This includes $5,000 in matching funds from the Marcia Brown Library Fund. We are now able to begin our digitzation project, which will enable us to enjoy full-text web access of many of our Milne yearbooks and/or newspapers via searchable files.

Please remember that the total necessary to complete this project is $25,000...so if you haven't yet donated or wish to increase your contribution, we're not finished yet!

For further information, see https://www.albany.edu/~milne/Project.shtml. A list of donations is available at https://www.albany.edu/~milne/DigitizationDonations.pdf.
