            SCOPE:

                  The OAS is an association of twenty-five Latin American countries and the United States which works for collective self-defense, regional cooperation, and peaceful settlement of disputes. The Permanent Council is the executive body, whose decrees, reproduced here, must be acted upon. This set contains the Spanish texts of acts 1-396, OEA/Ser. G/II.
