The MoDiLS Laboratory at the University at Albany's School of Criminal Justice

School of Criminal Justice - U Albany

The MoDiLS Laboratory, directed by Professor Allison D. Redlich, focuses on criminal justice research from a multi-disciplinary approach. The laboratory is currently investigating true and false admissions (confessions and guilty pleas), interrogation and intelligence techniques, mental health courts, and the experiences of vulnerable populations in the criminal justice system. A variety of methodologies are employed to research these topics, ranging from field and laboratory experiments to interviews and surveys to secondary data analyses.

For more about the research underway at the MoDiLS laboratory, please check out the rest of the website.
