The School of Business offers both full-time and part-time graduate programs to address a variety of students' needs.

Recent recipients of baccalaureate degrees can choose a graduate program to continue their studies and enhance their knowledge before entering the workplace. Working professionals can use School of Business graduate programs to supplement their experience with formal education and expand their career opportunities. All of our programs are taught by esteemed instructors, who are dedicated to providing students with both a broad-based understanding of how business operates and an in-depth exploration of the strategies, techniques and philosophies that turn promising companies into thriving businesses.

Business Administration MBA (Full-Time)

The Full-Time MBA program is designed for students who are ready to launch their first career. It is a traditional, two-year program with classes taught during the day Monday-Thursday. Students can concentrate in a number of areas including Cyber Security, Entrepreneurship, Finance, Information Systems and Business Analytics, Human Resource Information Systems, and Marketing. Students may enroll fall semester only.

Business Administration MBA (Part-time Evening)

The Evening MBA program is designed for working professionals eager to re-charge and re-invent their career. It is structured to be completed in three years, assuming students will take 2 courses in the fall and spring and one course in the summer. Students have the opportunity to specialize in one of six elective tracks. Students may enroll in fall, spring, or summer.

Business Administration MBA (Part-time Weekend)
(Executive or EMBA Program)

The Weekend MBA Program, the value leader among executive MBA programs in New York State, is designed for individuals who seek to learn best business practices, and provides valuable tools, knowledge, and strategies that students can use in their current professions. Boasting a cohort structure, the program enables students to learn cutting-edge business concepts over the weekend that they can immediately apply to their jobs on Monday.

All Weekend MBA students are required to travel internationally between their first and second years. The students immerse themselves in the business and culture of a foreign country while networking with global business leaders.

Most classes are held at our Albany-Colonie Executive Education Center on alternating weekends. Students will earn their MBA degree after 22 months of study and successful completion of 48 credits. The program investment includes tuition, textbooks, course materials, the international trip, and meals.

Business Administration MBA/JD (Part-Time with Albany Law)

The MBA degree program for current JD students has been designed to promote integration between the fields of law and business administration. Covering areas such as Accounting, Information Systems and Business Analytics, Marketing and Management, it enables students to earn both degrees in four years of study, rather than the usual five. The program is designed so that certain elective courses may be applicable to both degrees. Recipients of both the JD and MBA degrees hold professional credentials for a broad range of careers in corporate law, business consulting, teaching, and research.
