Dr. Kevin Williams began serving as Dean of the Graduate School at the University at Albany in June 2010. He is also Professor in the Department of Psychology. Prior to assuming the position of Dean, he served as Chair of the Department of Psychology. He also served as Graduate Director and Director of Undergraduate Advising in the Department of Psychology. He holds the President’s and Chancellor’s Awards for Excellence in Teaching and has published numerous articles in the field of organizational psychology and work motivation. He earned his Ph.D. in experimental psychology from the University of South Carolina.
