        <p>Below you will find links to important information and forms that are central to the services that this office provides. While the forms are provided on-line for your convenience, please feel free to call or stop in to Lecture Center 30 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, so that we may personally address any questions or concerns that you may have. (Summer hours 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.)</p>

        <p>The Committee on Academic Standing reviews petitions only when the Fall and Spring semesters are in session. Otherwise, petitions will be reviewed in the following semester.</p>
