Gold Scholarship Awarded

The School of Business has awarded four Barry L. Gold Scholarships for 1996-97. This year's recipient's are Karrie Henighan, a second-year student from Nassau, New York, whose concentration is Human Resource/Information Systems; Shawn McGrath, a first-year student from Clifton Park, New York; Julia Sandiford, a second-year student from the West Indies, whose concentration is Management Information Systems; and Jennifer Percich, a first-year student from Mahopec, New York.

The scholarship was established in 1993 in memory of Barry L. Gold who was a member of the SUNY Albany MBA class of 1974. The awards are given to individuals entering full-time graduate study in the School of Business who demonstrate both academic excellence and financial need.


New Output Site

The Office of Information Technology has announced that the Dispatch Operations Center, responsible for the distribution of all hard-copy output sent to the central printing facility, has been relocated to the Carla Rizzo Delray Technology Center, LC4, effective today, Jan. 22.

All non-administrative hard-copy output sent to the central printing facility will now be available for pickup in LC4, with dispatch hours extended to 11 p.m. Administrative date query output (P5) and administration production output (P9) will continue to be provided in CS-7.
