Room Deposits can be made on our E-Pay website. The website is available everyday from 1:30 am  to 10 pm Eastern Standard Time. Room Deposits are not required from Freshmen Students - only Returning Students are required to make a Room Deposit.

E-Deposits are required for Returning Students prior to Residential Life housing sign up. You can make your deposit with an electronic check via your savings or checking account, or by making payment with a credit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. Incoming Freshmen are not required to pay the Room Deposit. 

To make a Room Deposit you will need to click on the “eDeposits” tab on E-Pay. Deposits should not be made on the Payments tab. Be sure to print a copy of your payment confirmation as you may need this for Residential Life. This is a separate process from making a payment towards your tuition invoice. Orientation Deposits

Orientation Deposits are not paid on Epay - The fee can be paid according to instructions provided on the Welcome Website. Orientation sessions are held throughout the month of July and one additional time before classes begin in the Fall.  There is also an Orientation session held in January for students starting in the Spring semester.   Orientation marks the beginning of your journey as a Great Dane and will provide you with the information necessary to make your transition as smooth as possible. All incoming students are required to pay a New Student Programs Orientation fee. Family members that choose to attend the Family Orientation Program are also required to pay a Family Orientation fee. These fees cover all costs associated with Orientation as well as resources available to students during the academic year.

Return Policy
Student Orientation Fee: There is no refund for the student Orientation fee. All students are required to pay the Orientation fee whether or not they attend the Orientation program.

Family Orientation Fee: If a family member pays the Parent Orientation fee and then does not attend the Orientation program, a refund can be requested by contacting New Student Programs.
