Set-up an Authorized E-Services User

Authorized User accounts should be set up for parents, guardians or other designees who assist with paying invoices on the University’s E-Pay website.

The Authorized User account allows the designee to view and/or pay E-Bills online, set up recurring payments or enroll in the payment plan for the student. Once set up as an Authorized User, the Authorized User will receive e-mail message when invoices are ready to be viewed.

The Authorized User can also enroll to receive notification by text message. Students should click on the “Authorized Users” tab on E-Pay and follow the set-up instructions. Once set up, the Authorized User will receive two e-mails. One with their sign-on id and one with their password for the E-Pay website.
