Geraldine joined the School of Social Welfare as their Student Services and Retention Coordinator in 2020. Her professional experience is in mental health, recovery, school and nonprofit social work with children, families and adults. Geraldine is most excited about assisting SSW students in co-creating an enriching, life changing and expansive educational experience. Her personal pillars of self-determination, consciousness raising and compassion guide her work. She hopes to assist our future social workers in building practices and systems grounded in joy, justice, collaboration and inclusion.
In her spare time Geraldine enjoys the outdoors, cooking, traveling and the company of her loved ones.
