Angelica has an MPH as well as a Graduate Certificate in Public Health Surveillance and Preparedness. She is an experienced Emergency Responder and has 10+ years in Community Health Teaching and Community-based Participatory Research  primarily related to health disparities among the Latino population. She is also a  NYS Registered Nurse with 8+ years in Emergency Medicine/Maternal Child and Adolescent Health.
