External non-profit organizations can rent UAlbany facilities for short-term use if they are issued a revocable permit.
The Office of Facilities Management processes all revocable permit applications. The Associate Vice President for Risk Management and Compliance reviews and approves all revocable permit applications.
Revocable permits are only considered if the application contains all accompanying documents, including a certificate of insurance. Applicants are responsible for making sure all materials have been received by the Office of Facilities Management.

Facilities reservations will not be confirmed until a revocable permit has been issued and events may not be advertised until you have received a copy of the executed permit.
