Check for Compatibility View Mode

1. Look for the Compatibility View icon (in the address bar). If it's grey, Compatibility View mode is OFF. Click on the icon and it should turn blue. Compatibility View is now ON.

    

   

    

2. If you don't see the icon. Go to 'Tools' on the command bar (see image above). Make sure that there is a check next to 'Compatibility View'.

    

   

    

3. If you don't see 'Tools' on the command bar, check 'Tools' on the menu bar. Again, check to see if there is a check mark next to 'Compatibility View'.
