Nanoengineering Constellation

CNSE has tailored the traditional departmental structure into constellation "think-tanks" that encourage and stimulate cross-disciplinary educational curricula and research programs. CNSE encompasses four main constellations: nanoscience, nanoengineering, nanoeconomics and nanobioscience.

Nanoengineering is the application of nanoscience principles to practical ends, such as the design, manufacture, and operation of efficient and functional structures, machines, processes, and systems on the atomic scale.
