Faculty Turn In Book Requests
Early
Results in more
used texts available for students
Thanks to the efforts of faculty and staff
who turned in their book requests early for
the summer and fall during the months of March,
April, and May, the University bookstore had
more used textbooks than ever before. With more
than 44 percent of the requests in hand before
the May buy back started, the bookstore was
able to pay students 50 percent back on twice
as many books as last year. With the increase
in used textbooks, they were able to save this
falls incoming students 25 percent off new
textbook prices on the largest number of used
textbooks to date. The bookstore thanks all
who helped make this happen and reminds faculty
that by turning in book requests early for the
spring semester, they can help students save.
Thank you once again for all your hard work!
