Biography:
Associate Professor Rey Koslowski is the author of Migrants and Citizens: Demographic Change in the European States System (2000); Real Challenges for Virtual Borders: The Implemention of US-VISIT (2005); and co-editor of Global Human Smuggling: Comparative Perspectives (2001).
He held a fellowship through the Transatlantic Academy Fellow at the German Marshall Fund in 2008-2009. He previously held fellowships at Princeton and Georgetown universities. His research has been supported by grants from the MacArthur Foundation and National Science Foundation.
