Personal Access via the Web for Students

PAWS has been developed to allow students access to some of their personal information via the Web. This is similar to the information obtained from UAccess. The following functions are available from the PAWS home page:

• Course availability
• Course schedule
• Grades
• Financial Aid information
• Holds
• Student Account information (coming soon)
• Change PIN

All options other than "course availability" require the student to enter their Student ID and PIN. The "course availability" option allows a student to search for a course by using at least the first four characters of the catalog number. Links are provided to both the Graduate and Undergraduate Bulletins.

PAWS can be accessed either directly by the URL https://paws.ubs.albany.edu or under the Services for Students button on the University home page.
