Michael Leong works at the intersections of poetry writing, ethnic American literature, and legacies of the historical avant-garde. He is currently completing a critical monograph on contemporary poetry and cultural memory and a creative manuscript entitled “Disorientations.” An excerpt of the latter is forthcoming in Best American Experimental Writing 2018.
