1. Initiatives that engage the campus community in meaningful dialogue to address topics such as micro-aggressions, cultural competency, inclusion/exclusion and conscious/unconscious bias.

2. Cultures of inclusion should reflect communities of awareness that employ activities that weave diversity and inclusion into the framework of their institutions.
3. Conferences and symposia, film and speaker series, and other comparable initiatives.

2. All proposals must include applicant(s) name, department, organization and full contact information. If proposal involves more than one individual and/or department - please specify.
3. Project narrative: purpose; how does the initiative engage diversity and inclusion on campus; impact (short and long-term); timeline; and a detailed budget and budget narrative including what costs will be subsidized by the applicants department, unit, school or college; metrics of success.
4. Funded applicants will need to submit an assessment report following implementation of their initiative and include documentation of all expenditures by Jun 1.
