Joanna Musial-Sadilek wrote her dissertation on inter-sectoral and private intra-sectoral institutional differentiations in Polish higher education. Her research interests focus on private higher education, quality assurance, employment patterns, accreditation and analysis of peer institutions. Musial-Sadilek received her Ph.D. in Educational Administration from University at Albany and also holds a Graduate Certificate in Institutional Research from Penn State. She has worked in the Institutional Research offices at University at Albany and RPI and is now Director of Institutional Research and Assessment at the Columbia-Greene Community College. Musial-Sadilek has received awards from the Ford Foundation, Association for Institutional Research, and the National Center for Education Statistics.
