Carol joined the School of Public Health Continuing Education in 2017 as the Budget Assistant to manage revenue and to monitor accounts. Prior to coming to SUNY Albany, she was the Business Administer at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) in the Division of the Chief Information Officer, Information Technologies Infrastructure where she managed 8.5 million dollars.  While there she restructured the record keeping system and search methods, created & processed journal vouchers for the recharge centers, was a member of the Mobile Computing Program and contributed in the RFP process, managed the finances for the network technicians, monitored & restructured finances for the Rensselaer Computer Repair, oversaw institution wide software & Telecom network purchasing, and supervised staff.  Carol was on the Board of the RPI Credit Union and handled the marketing for them.  Previously she worked for RPI’s NSF funded Smart Lighting Engineering Research Center and was instrumental in outreach programs, site visits, procurement, independent contracts, and assisting the graduate students; while at RPI she also worked in Admissions providing customer service, working with parents and students, preparing letters, helping at events, and managing student workers.  Prior to that Carol was the sole proprietor of Agrilife Horse Supplies & Equipment for numerous years, worked with mares and foals, managed a horse farm for broodmares with anticipated difficulty foaling, sold hog equipment, raised feeder pigs in a 480 sow closed-confinement unit in Nebraska, and worked with race horses.

Carol graduated from Cornell University with a B.S. in Animal Science and from The Lally School of Management at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute earning an M.S. in Management with a concentration in Marketing.
