Jill is currently serving as the Primary Nurse Planner at the Center for Public Health Continuing Education at the University at Albany School of Public Health. She also is committed to the nursing profession by raising up the next generation of nurses as she provides education in many different settings in the capital region.  

She is an adjunct nursing instructor at Excelsior College, Ellis Medicine, The Belanger School of Nursing and The Sage Colleges. She is a member of the National Organization of Associate Degree Nursing, National League for Nursing Member (NLN), Sigma Theta Tau International, Honor Society, and the American Public Health Association. Jill is actively involved in the community as she sits on the board of the Maternal and Early Childhood Foundation, which is an organization that supports mother and children in the community through empowerment and education. Jill works closely with CAPTAIN Community Human Services, she created an afterschool program that promotes nutrition education and health promotion.  

Jill received her Master of Science in Nursing degree with a focus in Community Health in 2008 from D’Youville College.  Jill is enrolled in the PhD in Public Health program at Walden University where she is focusing on Adolescent Friendly Health Services.
