Approach to Therapy

Dr. Bernier believes that some people need to make changes, others to make better choices …and he enjoys working with students in both areas. A key is to make small changes that can eventually make a big difference in a student's life. Science can help us with this. For Dr. Bernier the process begins by carefully listening to a student and engaging in a frank conversation.

Approach to Wellness

Dr. Bernier believes in the benefits of doing work that you love. His extensive experiences traveling have immeasurably added to his ability to talk with students.
