Paloma Luisi joined CHSR in 2016 as the manager of the New York State Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) implementation evaluation. Paloma has designed and led mixed-methods public health evaluations in the United States and abroad. She has a professional and academic background in health technology, chronic diseases, insurance regulatory environments, managed care, public health insurance programs, Affordable Care Act, and patient centered medical homes. Prior to CHSR, Paloma supported non-profits and biotech firms in identifying and pursuing healthcare related research projects. She has also worked to support a number of nonprofits in fields diverse as tuberculosis drug development, foster care, and historic preservation.
Paloma holds a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology and Urban Studies from Fordham University, and earned her Master’s degree in Public Health from the CUNY Graduate School of Public Health and Health Policy.
