Amanda joined CHSR in 2018 to work on the New York State Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) implementation evaluation. Amanda has experience assisting with various mixed-methods education external evaluations including 21st Century Community Center Learning Grants (CCLC), Integrated Program for Education, Research and Support Involving Science and Technology (I-PERSIST), and The Binghamton University/State University of New York Teacher Leadership Quality Partnership Project (TLQP). She has experience with a number of quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis methods, an academic background in cognitive development and human learning, and a professional background in technical assistance and behavioral health. Prior to joining CHSR, Amanda worked on a SAMHSA funded project that worked with states and territories to strengthen their behavioral health systems for service members, veterans, and their families.

Amanda received a Master’s Degree in Educational Psychology with a Program Evaluation concentration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Adolescence Social Studies Education from The College of Saint Rose.
