For Access to Printers and Network (Department/Research/Lab) Shares, most of these requests can be handled by the printer or network share group owner through online tools such as NRAM or Group Access Management.  If you are unable to locate the manager of the share or are unable to use these tools to assist you in managing your printer or network share.  Please contact CAS Computing.
