Class Descriptions

Spinning will get your heart pumping while riding on the SPINNER® bike. Throughout the class, the instructor simulates hill-climbing, sprints, and races, to fun music! This non-impact cycling workout is one of the most efficient ways to reach your fitness goals. Water and towels are a must when you attend. This is suitable for all fitness levels.

Hula Hooping Combines aerobics and conditioning exercises while hula hooping. This class will improve balance, flexibility, and core strength. Come ready to have some fun!

Insanity- A cardio-based total-body conditioning class that will build muscle while stripping away fat, increase cardiovascular endurance and improve stamina. Be ready to sweat in this heart-pumping class!

Tabata A high-intensity interval training (H.I.T.T) workout that will blast calories during and long after the class ends. Modifications are given for all fitness levels.

Total Body Blast Full body conditioning class. Sculpt your arms, legs, and core using a variety of equipment such as: physioballs, bands, dumbbells, body bars, & more! Class is suited for all fitness levels.

TRX Transform your body into a machine. TRX Suspension Training uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability all at once. Space is limited, so come early.

Yoga Reconnect with your mind and body while improving your strength and flexibility. The class will increase balance, relieve stress, and leave the body relaxed. Each instructor has a unique teaching style and approach to yoga.
