School of Business Sponsors Statewide Business Plan Competition

The New York State Business Plan competition continues to grow. This spring, undergraduate and graduate students from accredited colleges located in New York will compete in ten regional competitions based on economic development areas.  The top teams will advance to the state finals on the UAlbany campus on April 26.

Sponsoring the contest with the School of Business are the UAlbany College of Nanoscale Science and Engineering, and Syracuse University. Regional competitions are being held at the University at Albany, Syracuse University, Clarkson University, The State University of New York Institute of Technology, University of Rochester and Rochester Institute of Technology, Canisius College and University at Buffalo, Cornell University, Marist College, Long Island University-Brooklyn, New York Institute of Technology, and SUNY Levin Institute, and Stony Brook University.
