Which Graduate Accounting Program is Right for Me?

Choosing the best Graduate Accounting Program for Your Needs

Two-Year Graduate Accounting Programs

Our Master of Science in Accounting program welcomes students with bachelor’s degrees in any academic discipline—from liberal arts to science or business. As a Master in Accounting student, you will join classmates full time in a 2 year program (or part-time/evening option in 3-4 years) that employers value and reward and satisfies the 150 credit hour NYS CPA Education Requirement.

One-Year Graduate Accounting Programs

For students who have completed their B.S. in Accounting from an accredited U.S. university (or its equivalent), we offer three distinctive one-year, full-time programs.  These three programs all satisfy the 150 credit hour NYS CPA education requirement.  Each of these one-year programs provides students with the opportunity to develop specialized expertise in an accounting or related field:

Our fourth one-year graduate accounting program – the M.S. in Tax Practice program, has been tailored for the working tax professional who completed their bachelor’s degree in an academic discipline other than accounting.  This specialized program hones the skills of the professional student to increase marketability, corporate climbing capabilities, and tax knowledge to further your career.  Because the Tax Practice program does not require an Undergraduate degree in Accounting, successful completion of the program does not satisfy the 150 credit hour NYS CPA Education Requirement.
