About Joan
Joan Pertak earned her BA from the University at Albany, and has 27 years of PepsiCo experience in the Business + Information Solutions and Supply Chain functions. She is the executive sponsor of the Business + Information Solutions Mentoring Program and executive sponsor of the EQUAL employee resource group with supports PepsiCo’s gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender employees. She also serves as an advisor to PepsiCo’s women’s Inclusion Network.

Joan will share the experiences that led to her career success, and the importance of mentoring to her journey. She has learned that finding a good mentor is a gift, and that you can be a mentor to others at any point in your life.
