Aside from conducting research, she enjoys staying active in her free time, whether it be hiking, biking, skiing, etc. Her friends would describe her as an adventure enthusiast who enjoys being outdoors in the elements.
As a former undergraduate, she was honored to receive the NOAA Hollings Scholarship where she worked at MacDill Airforce Base with the Hurricane Hunters mitigating flight risks in the upper troposphere of hurricanes. Now, as a young enthusiastic scientist, she is eager to join the Albany community and learn all she can from the collaborations taking place around her.
