Areas of Expertise: Adults with Developmental Disabilities, Vocational Rehabilitation
Jerilyn Hans has been a part of the CARD staff since July 2003. She earned both her B.A. degree in psychology and M.S. degree in rehabilitation counseling from the State University of New York at Albany. Jerilyn is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. For over ten years, she worked with adults with developmental and learning disabilities, including autism. Jerilyn has held positions as a residential counselor, in-home residential habilitation counselor, and community support counselor for Wildwood Programs. She has also completed an internship as a vocational rehabilitation counselor at the NYS Office of Vocational and Educational Services for Individuals with Disabilities. Jerilyn currently serves as CARD's Administrative Coordinator and in addition to her administrative duties she is responsible for the organization and coordination of the CARD's annual statewide and local conferences.
