Black Organization Autonomy

The BOA Model, a sociological approach to Black Community Development

It is the underlying conceptual model that guides the planning and implementation of the Capitalize on Community project.

The BOA model calls for the maintenance of primary data, respect for black history and culture, the inclusion of females in leadership roles and the involvement of blacks from every end of the socioeconomic and sociopolitical spectrum.
