Log on to www.ouryear.com and schedule an available portrait seating, or call 1-800-OUR-YEAR (687-9327). Copy-paste the code below:

School code - 87127 - there is no fee for your portrait sitting or proofs

Arrive for your appointment 10 minutes early. We are located on the 3rd floor of the Campus Center in room 305.

Men should wear suits, women should wear blouses or business attire. Poses will be done in your own clothes and in a cap/gown provided by us.

Important! - your portrait will not be taken unless your yearbook fee has been paid. How to make your purchase:

Log on to www.jostensyearbooks.com, choose "college" from the drop down, and search for University at Albany. Register as a new user using your permanent mailing address, purchase the yearbook, print and bring your receipt to your portrait session.

Pay in cash at your appointment

Your portrait proofs will be mailed to your permanent address. A retake session will be scheduled if needed at a $10 cost. Yearbooks are mailed to your same permanent address in the Fall. There will be one more session in the Spring before graduation.
