I draw my paycheck from the nice people at the University at Albany. Then I hang out with all my pals at the School of Business. After a few cups of java, I get down to work and teach in our Human Resource Management program. Although they do not like to admit it, I also am a professor in the Organizational Studies Ph.D. program.
