Project Abstract
This Web site provides information about the feasibility study for a
Surimi factory in Gloucester, which was conducted by a team of MIT PhD
students and the Gloucester Community Development Cooperation under the
leadership of Dr. Carmine Gorga. All information on this site is accessible to
the public and we encourage readers to provide us with feedback.
