Poster Guidelines:

All posters accepted for presentation must conform to the following poster guidelines:

Size limits :

Posters should be normal size: ~36 inches high x ~ 36 inches wide.Posters need to be prepared prior to the conference.

Setting Up of your Poster:

The easels will be located in the Fireside Lounge, the room which leads into the Assembly Hall, where the oral sessions will be held. In order to facilitate the smooth running of the conference, please place your poster during the morning of the seventeenth of April, since the poster session will be held during the afternoon of that day.

Presenting your Poster:

Give a brief oral overview . Give a brief summary of your results to anyone approaching you (ideally, no more than 5 minutes).

Be available. Please plan to be available all the time during the presentation of your poster.

Consider bringing handouts. It is a good idea to bring along a brief handout of your poster and/or copies of your paper for distribution.
