Also linked to below is a self-nomination form you can fill out and submit to the E-Board via email (planners@ualbanyplanners.org) or in person by Friday November 12th if interested in an E-Board position.

The elections will be held in mid to end of November during that months' GPSA Meeting (exact date TBA).

 E-Board Position Descriptions

President:
The President is responsible for setting the agenda for the GPSA with the collaboration of the other officers of the GPSA, managing the business of the GPSA and delegating duties to other Executive Board officers as needed.

Vice President Academic: 
The Vice President Academic is responsible for addressing academic issues that confront the MRP student body in collaboration with the Executive Board.  The VP Academic shall attend the Faculty meetings as scheduled by the department.  The VP Academic will also assume the responsibilities of the Presidency if the President is absent or shall resign.

Vice President Student Involvement:
The Vice President Student Involvement is responsible for coordinating activities and events, and addressing other pertinent issues confronting the MRP student experience in collaboration with the Executive Board. 

Vice President Communications:
The Vice President Communications is responsible for sending out communications and advertising in collaboration with the Executive Board.  The VP Communications is also responsible for recording the meeting minutes and providing them to the webmaster for publication on the GPSA website.

Treasurer:
The Treasurer is responsible for managing the funds of the GPSA and for providing updates on the account balance at each GPSA meeting.  The Treasurer shall also coordinate with the GSO on budget and funding requests.
