If you are inclined to read ahead, please obtain the 4th edition of the text: Quinn, Robert E., Faerman, Sue R., Thompson, Michael P., and McGrath, Michael R., Becoming a Master Manager: A Competency Values Approach (4th Edition) New York: John Wiley and Sons. The 4th edition is more current and, therefore, preferred. If you already have the 3rd edition, it is acceptable, but that version will require slight adjustments to reading assignments on your part.

It is expected to be recieved around mid-September. You may be able to find used copies locally or via the internet.
