Martin Fogelman is a faculty member at the University at Albany. He is currently Visiting Assistant Professor of Management in the School of Business. He instructs introductory classes in Management/Organizational Behavior to all undergraduate business majors and minors.  Previously, his main responsibilities were in the MBA program's Human Resource/Information Systems concentration, where he taught courses in HRIS, change management, and Organization Development.

His diverse professional experience includes positions in systems analysis, design and implementation; management of internal budget and public service operations; corporate consulting; and curriculum development and instruction in several disciplines at the secondary, undergraduate, graduate and professional development levels.

Research interests include freedom and privacy over computer networks, diffusion of technological innovation, strategic alignment of information systems, and the use of biometric data in the workplace.
